When the ComputerEase version is upgraded on the server, you must install the newest ComputerEase ODBC driver on all pVault client workstations and the pVault server. Failure to do this could prevent invoice processing and approval in pVault.
Instructions
⚠️ Note: Administrative windows privileges required.
1. Navigate to the \Accounting\odbc folder of the ComputerEase network share.
2. Double click the Setup.exe application to launch ODBC Setup.
3. In the ODBC Setup dialog box, click the following:
Install ODBC driver and add/update User DSNs.
⚠️ The installer is very quick and gives little to no indication that it is done.
4. After updating the ODBC driver on the pVault server, Stop and Start pVault services. This step is not necessary when updating the driver only on a workstation.
