"Update your browser" message when attempting to Grant Access on Cloud Storage Account for Email Import job

Issue

A pop up similar to the following is displaying when attempting to Grant Access to a Cloud Storage Account on an Email Import job.

This pop up generates if an organization requires multi-factor authentication for Outlook logins.

Resolution

Instruct users to follow these steps:

  1. Click this Microsoft link: https://aka.ms/mysecurityinfo 

  2. Once there, log in with your email address.

  3. Configure a multi-factor authentication method.
    Once the multifactor authentication is set up, you should be able to complete the process of granting access and adding a source.
