Blank Microsoft Login Screen trying to set up Email Importer

Issue

The client is attempting to set up an Outlook email account for an importer job.

  1. From the Manage Accounts window, click Add.

  2. On the Add Account dialog box, select Outlook from the Type field dropdown.

  3. After clicking Grant Access, the browser window that displays to sign into the Microsoft account is blank.

Cause

The Outlook login page is being blocked because JavaScript was disabled in IE.

Resolution

Enable JavaScript in IE.
