The New Outlook for Windows, per Microsoft, does not support Drag and Drop.
This is not a pVault/SPC issue.
Recommendations are to continue using Outlook Classic (the full Outlook installed with Office 365) if you need drag and drop, or make use of our email importer jobs to bring emails into pVault/SPC
