We’re excited to welcome Addie Franks to the Paperless team! With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry—and a strong background in the flooring industry—Addie brings a passion for customer success, strategic partnerships, and long-term relationship building. Her mission is to help teams work smarter and create experiences that empower customers to reach their goals with confidence.
What sets Addie apart is her commitment to listening closely and building real connections. She believes that when customers feel supported every step of the way, everyone wins.
Outside of work, Addie is a proud mom to 11-year-old Oliver, a football-loving Georgia Bulldogs fan (which makes for a fun rivalry, since she’s an Alabama grad who cheers for the Vols!). Their home is also shared with Rico, a 16-year-old Yorkie pup who still brings the energy. Whether she’s near the water, traveling, catching live music, or exploring the outdoors, Addie brings a spirit of curiosity and energy into everything she does.
What is she most looking forward to? “The people and the purpose. Paperless has always had a strong, family-oriented culture, and I’m excited to be part of a team that truly cares about its customers and each other.”
