Viewpoint Vista - Add Vendor on the Fly

In pVault, allow vendors to be added "on the fly".

1. From the ribbon toolbar, click APFlow.

2. Click Manage APFlow, 
   
   

   

   
   
   The Manage AP Flow screen displays with the General tab active:
   
   

   

3. For the selected user, scroll through the Additional Options.

4. Click to select Allow Processor Add Vendor.

5. Click OK.

⚠️ Notes

Permission is granted on a user-by-user basis.

User must have a role of Processor or Supervisor for the Add Vendor option to be available.
