Viewpoint Vista - Viewpoint Integration Resolution Issue

Issue

When clicking the Viewpoint paperclip to initialize the integration with pVault, the user's screen scaling may be changing.

Resolution

1. On the workstation with the screen scaling issue, access the following:
   
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Viewpoint Construction Software\Vista\bin
   

2. Locate the Viewpoint.Vista.Launcher.exe file.

3. Right click on the .exe file to open the Viewpoint.Vista.Launcher.exe Properties window.

4. Click the Compatibility tab.

5. Click Change high DPI settings.

6. From the dialog box, click the checkbox to select Override high DPI scaling behavior.

7. From the associated field dropdown, select System.

8. Click OK.
