If the invoice is still in the APFlow workflow, the GL Account originally pulled at the time of entry may not match the current GL Account for the SM Work Order at the time the invoice is approved and/or exported.</p><p><strong>Resolution</strong></p><p>Vista has settings in their <strong>Import Template Detail</strong> which allows a column to be set to <em>Override Import Value</em>. When used in conjunction with <em>Use Viewpoint Default</em>, the import will ignore the value of the <strong>GL Account</strong> column and retrieve the correct GL Account for that point in time during the import.</p>]]></content:encoded>

            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In pVault bridged to Viewpoint, there are several tabs in the header area on the <strong>Invoice Entry</strong> screen. One of these tabs is <strong>Address Override</strong>. This is where information is entered to override the address of a specific payee on a one-time basis.</p><p>The tab fields resemble the following:</p><figure data-align="center" data-size="original" data-id="4286lFj0hpSKF0HSLUNce" data-version="v2" data-type="image"><img data-id="4286lFj0hpSKF0HSLUNce" src="https://desk.zoho.com/DocsDisplay?zgId=672167060&amp;mode=inline&amp;blockId=2uhdneac2bd2bcd174df190bf78b2c5501f93"></figure><p>No special setup is required.</p><p>Anything entered here will override, on this invoice only, what is set up in the <strong>AP Vendor Master</strong> screen in Viewpoint. When this invoice is selected for payment in Viewpoint, the check will be printed with the payee and remit to address reflecting any information entered in fields on the <strong>Address Override</strong> tab.</p><p>The use of this tab varies. For example:</p><ol><li><p>If the vendor was set up as <em>ABC Supply</em> and their invoice reads <em>ABC Material and Supply</em>, the new vendor name can be entered in the <strong>Payee Name</strong> field.</p></li><li><p>If the address was set up as <em>123 Main Street, Ft. Worth, TX 76123</em> and the invoice reads <em>456 Long St., Ft. Worth, TX 76321</em>, the appropriate information can be entered in the <strong>Address </strong>and the <strong>Zip Code</strong> fields.</p></li><li><p>The <strong>Address Override</strong> tab may be used if a company does not set up multiple address sequences for their vendors and a vendor occasionally uses a different remit to address on certain invoices.</p></li><li><p>This tab may be used if a joint check needs to be issued when paying an invoice. Rather than update the <strong>AP Vendor Master</strong> screen to reflect two names (perhaps a vendor and a supplier), both names can be entered in the <strong>Payee Name</strong> field: <em>ABC Supply and Construction Material Company</em></p></li></ol><p>Clicking <strong>Address Sequence</strong> brings up the <strong>Filter </strong>to locate a previously entered address. This means all invoices included in the export will be posted as Open AP Invoices in the Accounts Payable module.
